Goa Legislative Assembly

*WILL the Minister for Panchayati Raj be pleased to state: 

(a) whether the work of construction of Panchayat Ghars at Goa Velha, Siridao and renovation of Panchayat Ghar at Neura have been tendered; 
(b) if so, furnish name of the contractor; and if not, when the works will be tendered; 
(c) the time frame for completion of the Panchayat Ghar; 
(d) whether work order is issued; 
(e) whether the premises will be allotted to Government Departments such as Primary Health Sub-Centre, Veterinary Services Sub-Centre, Anganwadi; 
(f) whether the existing Fish Market in the area will be demolished; and 
(g) if so, whether any alternate premises will be provided to the fish vendors to continue their trade?

*WILL the Minister for Education be pleased to state: 

(a) the time frame by which the Government plans to open Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools in the State which were closed due to Covid-19; 
(b) whether all health precautions will be taken by the Government before the Schools open; if so, the details thereof; 
(c) whether all School teachers will be compelled to receive both the doses of vaccination; 
(d) whether the students will also be vaccinated; 
(e) whether the school premises will be regularly sanitized; and 
(f) the efforts the Government will make to bring back those students who have left Schools due to the pandemic?

*WILL the Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs be pleased to  state: 

(a) the time frame by which the work of constructing football ground in Goa Velha in St. Andre Constituency will commence and be completed; 
(b) whether the work will  be completed before the ensuing Assembly Elections; 
(c) if so, whether work order is issued; 
(d) whether the entire area of land acquired will be put to use for the Sports Complex; and 
(e) whether the ground will be illuminated with LED lights to conduct sports activities during the night?

 WILL the Minister for Sports & Youth Affairs be pleased to state: 

(a) whether the Government will continue with the scheme of providing sports equipment’s to the Registered Sports Club in St. Andre Constituency; 
(b) if so, specify and if not, reasons thereof; and 
(c) whether the Sports Coaches appointed by the Government for schools of St. Andre Constituency continue to provide their services during the pandemic time? 



 

WILL the Minister for Panchayati Raj be pleased to state: 

(a) whether the Government will mandate the Panchayats of St. Andre Constituency to hold regular Gram Sabha which were stopped during pandemic; 
(b) if so, specify thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; 
(c) whether the Panchayat of St. Andre Constituency be compelled to fumigate the water logged area to prevent the spread of water borne diseases; 
(d) if so, specify and if not the reasons therefor; and 
(e) whether the Government will introduce the system of Video Filming the proceeding of Gram Sabha?
