"Fear and anxiety in the minds of people and farmers including sugarcane cultivators and dependents of the State in particular on the matter of restarting the lone Government run Sanjivani Sugar factory at Dharbandora, which has totally devastated the livelihood of the cultivators due to shutting down of the factory and the failure to implement the proper policy by the Government. The action the Government intends to take in this regard."

Fear and apprehension in the minds of the people and the agriculturists due to the damage caused to the agricultural fields in the State due to flooding of bunds and improper infrastructure and non-maintenance and construction of bund by the Government for promoting agriculture in the State of Goa on account of which our young youth and age old agriculturists shy away from carrying out the business. SHRI RAMKRISHNA DHAVALIKAR, MLA made a mention about the fear and anxiety in the minds of people of Murdi Khandepar due to proposed construction of Bandara on River Khandepar which shall damage the ecology, Biodiversity, fish species and also damage of agricultural crops and houses due to flooding etc. thus inviting man made disaster. The steps the Government intends to take in this regard.
