Goa Legislative Assembly

WILL the Minister for Revenue be pleased to state: 

1. the measures taken by the  Department to safeguard Communidade land across Goa;
2. whether  land-grabbing cases in Assagao Communidade and Anjuna Communidade has been brought to the notice of the Department or the Administrator of the Communidade office in North Goa; if so, the details such as the name of the Complainant, the Village name, the Survey number, and the name of the person who has done illegal Activities; and
3. whether  the Department has a section to curb the illegalities taking place in the Communidade land? 

WILL the Minister for Revenue  be pleased to state:

1. the details of the Flying Squad deployed at North Goa / South Goa Collectors Office, indicating Name of Staff and designation, total number of vehicles available with the Department, and other facilities provided;
2. details of legal/technical experts attached to the Squad while going for inspection; and
3. furnish details of complaints received on illegal hill cutting and illegal land filling received by the Flying squads in Goa from 01-01-22 till date, with details such as name and address, dates of complaints, nature of complaints and action taken by flying squads in regard to each such complaint from Siolim Constituency?

WILL the Minister for Town & Country Planning be pleased to state:

1. the total number of applications received for conversion of zones/change of zones from siolim constituency from 1st January 2022 till date with details such as the name of the applicant/party; the name of the village panchayat; the location and survey number; the purpose of the conversion of land. the date of application; the status of applications, whether approved/rejected; and
2. the details of pending applications from the siolim constituency and the reason for pendency?

WILL the Minister for Town & Country Planning be pleased to state:

1. furnish details of all applications received from Siolim Constituency for increase in FAR for last 3 years along with the name of the applicant, location, survey number, area of plot, zoning details, previous FAR, revised FAR, type of project, name of the project, date of application, date of approval, fees paid, file number, reason for pendency/ rejection and present status of application as on date;
2. furnish details of all applications received from Siolim Constituency for increase in height/ additional for last 3 years along with the name of the applicant, location, survey number, area of plot, zoning details, previous height, revised height, type of project, name of the project, date of application, date of approval, fees paid, file number, reason for pendency/ rejection and present status of application as on date; and
3. whether the Government has issued any notification for granting additional height/increase in FAR; if so, furnish details with copies of the notification; if not, then justification/ provision, copies of all notings, correspondences, letters, etc., under which permission is issued for additional height/ FAR as on date?

WILL the Minister for Forest be pleased to state: 

1. the criteria used for notifying the area as private forest; and
2. whether the Government has notified any more areas as private forest in Siolim Constituency in the last 24 months, if so, furnish details?
