*WILL the Minister for Power be pleased to state:

1. the current status of electricity supply in Pernem Constituency with details such as:
   (i) the total number of electricity connections in the Constituency, category-wise (domestic, commercial, industrial, agricultural, etc.);
   (ii) the total electricity consumption in Pernem Constituency for the last financial year, month-wise;
   (iii) whether there are any areas in the Constituency facing power fluctuations or load shedding; if so, give details;
2. the revenue collected from electricity billing in Pernem Constituency with details such as:
   (i) the total amount collected by the Government from electricity bills in Pernem Constituency in the last financial year;
   (ii) the number of defaulters and total outstanding dues from consumers, if any;
   (iii) the steps taken by the Department to recover dues and ensure timely payment of electricity bills; and
3. the Government’s plan to strengthen electricity infrastructure in Pernem Constituency with details such as:
   (i) the details of ongoing or proposed projects to upgrade transformers, substations, or underground cabling in the Constituency;
   (ii) whether any new connections or power lines are being laid to un-electrified areas; if so, provide the list of such areas;
   (iii) whether the Department has received any complaints regarding voltage issues, meter faults, or frequent outages—if so, how they were addressed?

Will the Minister for Civil Aviation be pleased to state:

a. the number of small scale businessman who are able to develop on their own from Pernem Constituency or any such with the help of and support of Government in Pernem Constituency at    Mopa Airport till date, furnish details;
b. the different opportunities available to become small scale businessman at Mopa airport, furnish details;
c. the steps taken by the Government to encourage the local businessmen; whether there is any coordinator or guide available from Government side between interested locals and Airport firm for smooth functioning and for grievances; if so, furnish details; and
d. furnish details of all the business, shops, brands and counters functioning at Mopa International Airport with names and address of owner and contact number; if any?

*WILL the Minister for Social Welfare be pleased to state:

1. the current status of the Dr. Ambedkar Bhavan project including land acquisition, construction progress and project timeline;
2. whether the necessary administrative and financial approvals have been obtained; if not, at which stage the file is currently pending;
3. the details of the Departments involved in the file movement and the timeline of action taken as on date;
4. whether there are any delays or obstacles in the implementation of the project and the reasons thereof; and
5. the expected date of completion and inauguration of Dr.  Ambedkar Bhavan?

Will the Minister for Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services be pleased to state:

a) the total number of dairy (milk) farmers registered in Pernem Constituency; furnish details such as:
i) name and address of each dairy farmer;
ii) type of cattle reared (cow, buffalo, etc.);
iii) quantity of milk produced by each farmer per month;
iv) whether the farmers are members of any Milk Co-operative Society, if so, furnish names of the societies;
b) the total quantity of milk produced in Pernem Constituency per month during the last three financial years, furnish details month-wise and year-wise breakup;
c) the support and benefits provided by the Government to the dairy farmers in Pernem Constituency with details as:
i) details of subsidy schemes (fodder, cattle insurance, purchase of milch animals, etc.);
ii) details of financial assistance or incentives given per farmer under different schemes;
iii) any infrastructure support (chilling centers, veterinary facilities, training programs, etc.) provided in Pernem Constituency;
d) whether the Government has undertaken any programs to increase milk production or support dairy farmers in the last five years in Pernem Constituency:
i) if so, furnish details of the schemes/programs, implementation timeline, and outcome; and
ii) names of implementing agencies and contractors involved, if any?

WILL the Minister for Revenue be pleased to state:

1. the total staff section/required for Deputy Collector office Pernem;
2. the total staff existing at Deputy Collector Office Pernem;
3. whether any staff deployed at Pernem Deputy Collector office are deputed at any other places if yes please give details;
4. give the details of latest transfer/promotion order of all the staff working with Deputy Collector office Pernem; and
5. give details whether any time is specified and Revenue Department staff transfers for time to time and smooth and easy functioning of Government Administration?
