Dhiriyo has been a part of Goa’s cultural and traditional fabric for decades, often associated with village feasts and community gatherings. d) whether the Government intends to revoke all the previously registered vehicles on the basis of leave and license agreement?

(a) whether the Government is aware that the Revenue Office (Mamlatdar building) and other Government office buildings in Pernem Taluka are in a severe dilapidated and unsafe condition, posing risk to the general public as well as Government staff;
(b) whether any structural audit or inspection has been conducted in respect of these buildings, and if so, furnish copies/details of such reports and findings;
(c) the immediate short-term measures proposed by the Government to ensure safety of citizens and staff, including temporary relocation, repairs, barricading, or safety certification;
(d) whether the Government proposes to undertake complete reconstruction / redevelopment of the existing office complex in Pernem Taluka, and if so, provide details of:
i. proposed site;
ii. estimated cost;
iii. timeline for administrative approval and commencement of work;
iv. budgetary provision made for the same; and
(e) If not, the reason for not prioritising reconstruction despite the serious safety concern and whether the Government will commit to a time – bound action plan?
