  1. Fear and anxiety in the minds of students and parents across Goa for non-availability of infrastructure for internet connectivity to attend online classes in this pandemic as the Government failed to resolve the connectivity issue for last more than a year. It is important to note that the lives of student community are at risk as they are attending online classes sitting in forest areas and road side in search of internet connectivity in Rural and Urban areas apart from smart phones/laptops/tablets to be supplied free of cost including other charges for needy poor students of the State. The steps the Government intends to resolve this important issue on priority.
