  1. “Fear and apprehension in the minds of the people and the agriculturists due to the damage caused to the agricultural fields in the State due to flooding of bunds and improper infrastructure and non-maintenance and construction of bund by the Government for promoting agriculture in the State of Goa on account of which our young youth and age old agriculturists shy away from carrying out the business. Agricultural crops are destroyed due to unauthorised work carried out at sluice gates and at Carrem-Vaddem fields. The measures the Government intends to take in this regards.”
