particulary residing within the municipal limits about the sudden
withdrawal of the Police protection on the orders of Mamlatdar ( Pernem)
as directed by Deputy Collector for shifting the Pernem weekly bazaar to
a convenient place at Pernem for which Pernem Municipal Council has
taken a majority resolution in this regards and sought Police protection for
the purpose which was granted by Deputy Collector.
