"This House unanimously resolves that the Government should take all necessary steps to set up a Theme Park in the State which can be a major tourist attraction and shall have a different entertainment avenues like Multidimensional Bollywood Play, Food Court, Water World, Light and Sound Show, etc. in order to provide entertainment to the tourists thus fetching considerable revenue for the State."

"This House strongly recommends the Government to regularize the houses constructed in the Communidade land up to the year 2000 in Porvorim Constituency to give the people legitimate shelter as the affected people are struggling to obtain house numbers on account of non-regularization of these houses."

 "This House  unanimously  resolves and recommends  the Government  to construct the  mini  Ravindra   Bhavan  at  Old  Goa,  as  there   is  no  such  Bhavan   in  the surrounding area. The mini Ravindra Bhavan will help the surrounding Village Panchayats for organizing cultural events etc."
